Next 15 reports double-digit revenue growth for latest business year
Next 15 has published its financial results for the business year ending on January 31st 2018, during which it generated total revenue of GBP 196.8 million.
This represented a year-on-year increase of 15 percent, or an organic revenue increase of 5.2 percent. Meanwhile, its adjusted operating profit margin improved to 15.3 percent, while its profit before tax was up by 21 percent.
Over the course of the year, the company achieved strong organic growth, particularly in the second half of the year, thanks to significant client wins with Samsung, Slack and Nike. This represented an improvement after the political and economic uncertainty of the first half of the year.
The company was also able to drive further expansion through the acquisitions of the content marketing agency Velocity and the market research consultancy Circle in July 2017, followed by the purchases of the integrated digital agency Elvis and the market research agency Charterhouse in September.
Richard Eyre, chairman of Next 15, said: "This high single-digit organic revenue growth has continued into the new financial year, augmented by strong performances from newly-acquired agencies, giving us confidence for another good year ahead."
