Nobel Biocare launches creos xeno.protect membrane

22nd January 2014

Nobel Biocare has announced the launch of creos xeno.protect, a new collagen membrane for use in guided bone and tissue regeneration procedures.

Designed to be straightforward and practical in everyday clinical use, the product has shown outstanding handling qualities and tear resistance in clinical studies, while also maintaining its size when hydrated.

It also comes in three practical sizes to handle larger bone augmentations or smaller periodontal defects, making it easier to find an optimal fit without extensive trimming.

The creos xeno.protect has now been made available in European markets and comes as part of a larger regenerative product line under the creos brand name. Additional products will be released later this year.

Nobel Biocare's chief executive officer Richard Laube said: "In simple terms, creos xeno.protect is a superior regenerative solution that supports clinicians in treating more patients better."

Earlier this month, the company announced that its NobelProcera 2G System has been named as one of the top products for dental laboratories by Dental Lab Products Magazine, thanks to its numerous beneficial attributes.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801685261-ADNFCR
