Norbrook launches Android version of Veterinary Excellence Tool

Norbrook Laboratories has launched a new version of its Veterinary Excellence Tool app for Android devices.

The iOS version of the app has proven popular, thanks to the wide range of features it offers to assist veterinary professionals and farmers. It now be downloaded for free on Apple or Android devices.

Key features include a product dosing calculator that allows product dosage to be calculated in seconds, full listings of Norbrook's UK products, a territory manager locator with full contact details and a news section.

Other tools include a fluid calculator which allows users to quickly and conveniently calculate infusion rates, and a nutrition calculator to work out daily food intake based on animal weight, calorie density of food and nutritional requirements.

Although primarily aimed at veterinary surgeons, it also has a number of features that may be beneficial to farmers and trade stores.

The Northern Ireland-based company has been in business for more than 40 years and sells its products internationally.
