Norbrook launches new edition of product compendium

Norbrook Laboratories has announced the launch of the new 2017-18 edition of its Product Compendium for veterinary surgeons.

The compendium offers an easy-to-use reference guide to all of the company's products and will be available in physical format from Norbrook's territory managers, while digital copies are offered on the firm's website and through its mobile app.

It contains datasheets for recently-launched products including Solantel, a closantel-containing oral suspension for sheep, as well as the liquid feline hyperthyroidism therapy Thyronorm and Betafuse, a fusidic acid/betamethasone gel for dogs.

The company has also developed the document with user-friendliness in mind, offering a number of ways for readers to search for and categorise products.

Douglas Palmer, veterinary advisor for Norbrook, said products are "easy to find, with a choice between alphabetical index, an index of products by species, and an active ingredients index, with important information including safety instructions, withdrawal periods, product indications and dosage rates under the name of each product".
