Norbrook launches new packaging for Closamectin Pour On

Norbrook Laboratories has announced the launch of a revamped packaging design for its parasite control product Closamectin Pour On.

The new pack retains its distinctive yellow and red colour scheme, but incorporates a more fresh and modern appearance that is in line with the rest of the Norbrook range, as well as offering an on-pack dosing guide.

This is designed to provide a cohesive and user-friendly visual identity across the company's product range, with changes made after consultation with customers and users.

In order to achieve this, the firm coordinated a series of farmer discussions in partnership with an independent agency, with each focus group sharing their opinions on the existing packaging and the proposed new design.

Leigh Sullivan, large animal product manager at Norbrook, said: "We are always open to setting up a dialogue with the end user, to ensure that we understand how this change will affect them."

The formulation of the product itself remains unchanged, combining closantel and ivermectin to kill fluke, gutworms, lungworm and external parasites of cattle in a single application.
