Octopus wins international brief with UK fintech brand Currencycloud

Octopus has been handed a new international brief by Currencycloud, a UK-based financial technology company that is seeking to achieve significant global growth.

The client has named Octopus as its retained comms agency, responsible for PR and content marketing campaigns across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, with the aim of building brand awareness and driving demand.

Octopus will be responsible for aggressive profile-building, working alongside Currencycloud's US PR partner Bateman on global content creation to drive rapid domestic and international expansion.

Both agencies will also be tasked with building awareness of Currencycloud as a technology leader beyond the fintech sector, which will involve engaging business and technology decision-makers globally.

Currencycloud provides a seamless cross-border payment platform and has achieved considerable success since its launch in 2012, with companies such as Travelex, Revolut and Klarna among its customers.
