Pegasus adds two new members to pharma team

Pegasus has announced the addition of two new members to its pharma and life sciences team as it seeks to maintain its recent growth and success.

Morgan Lewis has joined the company as an account director from Parexel, where he worked in its UK medical communications arm and subsequently in its clinical trials patient recruitment group.

He was responsible for developing and implementing complex clinical trial patient recruitment programmes across multiple countries and languages, including developing printed and digital recruitment materials and running recruitment workshops.

Meanwhile, Rebecca Aris has been hired as a senior account executive, having most recently worked as a commissioning editor on four science journals for John Wiley and Sons.

She has more than nine years of experience in healthcare communications, with excellent writing, editing and communication skills, as well as knowledge of a wide range of therapeutic areas.

Jo Spadaccino, director and head of pharma and life sciences at Pegasus, said: "Morgan and Rebecca are the perfect additions to our existing variety of talent and are already making their mark."

The company was shortlisted as communications consultancy of the year at the recent Communique Awards and earned the prize for excellence in patient/consumer health programmes for a campaign for client CSL Behring.
