1st March 2017

Perrigo has announced that Judy Brown, its executive vice-president, business operations and chief financial officer (CFO), is leaving the company.

Ms Brown is stepping down to take up a position with another company in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning on April 1st 2017. Ron Winowiecki, Perrigo's senior vice-president for business finance, has subsequently been appointed acting CFO.

Mr Winowiecki has served in his current role since January 2014 and joined Perrigo in 2008. Prior to his time with the company, he worked with Innotec, SPX and Donnelly.

Perrigo has confirmed that a thorough search process will be carried out to identify a permanent CFO, with Mr Winowiecki in the running as a key candidate.

John Hendrickson, chief executive officer of Perrigo, said: "I am confident that this will be a seamless transition and that Ron will provide Perrigo and our financial team with strong leadership. I look forward to continuing to work alongside Ron."
