P&G acquires Merck KGaA Consumer Health business
Procter & Gamble has announced its acquisition of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt’s Consumer Health business, with Uta Kemmerich-Keil joining P&G from Merck as head of P&G Personal Healthcare International.
