Royal Canin sponsors UK charity dog walks

30th September 2009

Royal Canin is sponsoring dog walks in the UK this autumn in the name of charity, it has emerged.

In collaboration with the Animal Cancer Trust, the firm will host the third annual Take the Lead walk, starting on Saturday October 3rd in Delamere Forest Park, Linmere, Northwich.

Later walks will take place the following day in Stanmer Country Park in Brighton, East Sussex, Village Hall in Suffolk, the RSPB Fairburn Ings Nature Reserve in Yorkshire and the New Forest.

Each walker who raises £5 or over will be given a free dog lead by Royal Canin and the participant who collects the most cash will be awarded a prize by the firm.

Earlier this month, the company entered into a partnership with Groomers, which will see the two collaborate to bring Royal Canin’s Size Health Nutrition and Breed Health Nutrition ranges to the grooming sector.
