Royal Canin to host communication training sessions for vets

27th January 2014

Royal Canin has announced that it will be hosting a series of one-day workshops to help consulting vets and nurses improve their impact on their clients through better communications.

The events will feature interactive actor-led workshops exploring the factors that contribute to lasting compliance. Offering best practice tips for those who regularly interact with clients, the sessions will teach skills that can lead to better clinical success and business performance.

Scheduled workshops include an event in Manchester on February 19th, followed by dates in Coventry on March 5th and Woking on March 11th.

These new sessions follow on from the success of the company's first Concordance and Compliance workshop last March, which took place in Oxfordshire and focused on shared decision-making processes between practice teams and clients.

Royal Canin's veterinary support manager Lee Danks said: "Royal Canin is renowned for its nutritional expertise but we want practices to know that our support extends beyond just products."ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801686615-ADNFCR
