Saatchi and Saatchi scoops four DTC advertising award nominations
Saatchi and Saatchi has been nominated for a total of four prizes at the forthcoming DTC National Advertising Awards.
The marketing agency’s Byetta By Your Side campaign for Lilly and Amylin has been named as one of the finalists for Best CRM/Direct Mail Campaign, while the site it established for Sanofi-aventis’ Multaq is in the running for Best Branded Website.
Meanwhile, its Consume promotion, a companion to AstraZeneca’s Seroquel XR treatment, received nominations in both the Best Branded Print Campaign and Best Branded Television Campaign categories.
The event itself will be held in conjunction with the DTC National Conference, with the winners to be announced on April 8th 2010.
Among the independent judges on the panel are Frank Chipman, vice president of the Millward Brown agency, as well as Fred Church, vice president of Ipsos Vantis.
Saatchi and Saatchi’s wellness division represents a number of leading pharmaceutical brands, including Takeda’s Amitiza, Boehringer-Ingelheim’s Viramune and Sanofi-aventis’ Elitek.
