Sanofi Consumer Health Announces Partnerships for Pharmaceutical Distribution Across the UK

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare has announced two partnerships with Alliance Healthcare and Phoenix Healthcare Distribution to supply its products to pharmacies across the UK.  

The collaboration will see Sanofi Consumer Healthcare enhance efficiency, develop their solutions, and increase stock availability of Allevia, Buscopan, Dulcolax, and Phenergan across the UK.  

It has been reported that several private equity firms have shown interest in acquiring the consumer health unit.  

The chief of UK country operations, Nick Linton, stated, “Making healthcare as simple as it should be to bring health and wellbeing to all is a key priority for us in 2024 and beyond.”  

Linton went on to add, “Our new wholesale model reflects our deep commitment to working as efficiently as possible in close partnership with pharmacists to shape a healthier future.”
