Seven Seas launches major new marketing campaign
Seven Seas is to raise the profile of two of its key product lines with the launch of a major new marketing campaign this week.
The pharmacy supplier is to spend four million pounds on a media initiative publicising the advantages of its Pure Cod Liver Oil and JointCare ranges, reports Chemist and Druggist.
Its JointCare campaign will involve the introduction of a joint age calculator that will illustrate the current state of the UK population's joint health.
Meanwhile, the cod liver oil line will receive 2.3 million pounds of the marketing budget and will be advertised via a new TV commercial which is currently airing.
It depicts an average consumer who uses the Pure Cod Liver Oil range of liquids and capsules, highlighting the benefits they provide in terms of skin, muscle, bone and eye health.
Last month, the company launched the new Seven Seas One-A-Day Vitamin B Complex via independent pharmacies, supermarkets and health food outlets.
