Shooting Star wins new brief with IT firm Datcom

29th June 2016

Shooting Star has won a new contract with the East Midlands-based IT firm Datcom, which has tasked the agency with delivering its PR strategy.

The company provides IT support, services and solutions for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the East Midlands, and seeks to establish itself as a regional leader through a combined marketing and PR approach, reports Gorkana.

Currently, Datcom works with around 150 corporate clients, meaning more than 2,000 people benefit from the use of its services.

Mike Shields, PR account manager at Shooting Star, said: "Having known the company for years and seeing them grow to their current size has been great, and to be able to raise their profile with a comprehensive PR strategy is a challenge we relish."

Shooting Star, based in Lincoln, has experience of working with a diverse range of clients, including Beatson Clark, Greater Lincolnshire LEP, LPAC, Bishop Grosseteste University and Freshtime.

The firm opened a new office in Bristol earlier this year as part of an ambitious growth strategy.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801821025-ADNFCR
