Siemens Accounts Show Revenue Reached £55m in 2022

8th March 2023

Siemens’ current directors are SH Kahanov, C Ennis, and J Murnieks.

Developing, integrating, and supplying equipment related to industrial and infrastructure automation is one of Siemens’ core businesses, alongside the supply of energy to machinery.

The business also owns and rents real estate to firms within their network using a workplace management agreement that offers maintained and controlled office equipment.

Other UK based Siemens group firms can get various business components, including technology services, from them.

According to Companies House Accounts published 1st March 2023, their year-on-year revenue up to September 2022 increased from about £49.5 million to £55 million.

The enterprises that experienced the greatest increase were Digital Industries, which grew by 15% and Smart Infrastructure, which grew approximately 12%. These areas are also anticipated to see the same rate of increase this year.

Total gross profit jumped by 9%, now having reached £84 million. This is attributed to sales revenue and the cost of sales moving up at the same rate.

Throughout the last business year Siemens have invested much more in product distribution and marketing. One example being the flagship Transform conference and exhibition, which took place in Manchester last summer.

This pulled together executives and managers from the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors from around the British Isles.

They also incurred increased administration costs.

Total profit for the fiscal year of 2022 increased 48% on 2021, to almost £18,000.
