Simplyhealth launches new Optimise Health Plan for businesses

Simplyhealth has announced the launch of its new Optimise Health Plan for businesses, a new product offering that will help companies look after the wellbeing of their staff.

Optimise offers six comprehensive levels of cover, providing support towards the everyday health costs and concerns of employees. It includes 100 percent cashback for optician visits, dental treatment and physiotherapy treatment, as well as access to 24/7 GP services, professional advice and counselling.

It will be made available to businesses directly or via intermediaries, and can be funded solely by the business, through salary deductions, via flexible benefits platforms, or personal direct debits paid by the employee.

Simplyhealth is launching this new plan to help businesses succeed in their efforts to tackle mental health issues, increase productivity and reduce sickness absence, which have emerged as top priorities for many HR managers.
