Simplyhealth wins award for customer commitment
Simplyhealth has been presented with the SITEL Customer Commitment Award at the annual UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, which took place at the end of last month.
The health insurance provider claimed the prize through the adoption of a people strategy encompassing multiple channels, measures and satisfaction standards. This is the third consecutive year in which it has won the award.
More than 600 business leaders attended the annual UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, which were organised by the Institute of Customer Service and took place at the Lancaster London Hotel on February 25th.
They are designed to recognise and reward organisations that deliver excellent and innovative service to meet their customers' needs and enable them to thrive.
Jamie Wilson, customer director at Simplyhealth, said: "We are delighted to win the customer commitment award for the third consecutive year. This is a fantastic accolade and one that really demonstrates that our customers are at the heart of everything we do."
This comes after the firm was also awarded Business Superbrand status for 2014 by the Business Superbrands Council last month.
