SO What Global launches healthcare business following Iris Life takeover
SO What Global has announced the launch of a new dedicated healthcare business called SO Healthy.
The independent umbrella company, which was launched in January last year, is diversifying into the healthcare field following its acquisition of Iris Life Communications, reports PRWeek.
This move will see the Iris Life brand cease to exist, with the acquired agency's staff and clients – including numerous multinational pharmaceutical companies and sports organisations – to be integrated into SO Healthy.
Iris's former heads Stephanie Bunten and Lee-Ann Cameron will become directors and shareholders of SO Healthy, with Iris director Moira Gitsham also retained.
The move will see them once again working alongside Oliver Parsons and Scott Clark, the founders of SO What Global. All five previously worked together at Tonic Life, prior to the company's sale to Huntsworth in 2013.
Mr Clark said: "We are reuniting a winning team that has a proven track record in healthcare, fuelled by a competitive energy that will make an impact from day one."
We have hundreds of jobs available across the Healthcare industry, find your perfect one now.
