Spark Communications wins UK PR brief with GMC Software
Spark Communications has been handed a new UK PR brief by GMC Software after a successful three-month trial.
The client offers communications management software solutions to help companies interact more effectively with customers and employees across multiple channels. It works with banking, insurance, healthcare and service providers around the world.
During the trial, Spark was tasked with creating content such as opinion pieces and research projects to engage the insurance and technology press, earning praise for its ability to identify the needs of audiences, engage their interest and influence future behaviour.
For its new UK PR brief, the agency is seeking to engage audiences beyond the printing industry with creative and engaging campaigns, broadening the client's reach among potential customers in the financial, technology and marketing sectors.
