Stand Agency launches new campaign for Kidney Research UK
Stand Agency has helped Kidney Research UK to launch an awareness campaign this month as part of a new brief.
An integrated social and traditional media campaign has been kicked off to support the charity’s Go Purple awareness month in March, which aims to generate funds and donations for research into kidney disease.
Go Purple encourages people to wear purple clothes and organise events themed around the colour during the month. Meanwhile, a hashtag campaign called #couldntlivewithout has also been launched to further generate engagement.
The charity hopes to replicate the success of recent charity campaigns such as Cancer Research's #nomakeupselfie social media initiative.
Activity for this campaign started at the beginning of March, and the team has already secured coverage from a range of consumer-focused magazines.
