Stryker named among Fortune’s top companies to work for

Stryker has announced that it has once again been included in Fortune magazine's ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in the US.

The respected business publication has compiled its annual survey and evaluation of top-rated US workplaces, with Stryker placing 16th overall thanks to its exceptional workplace culture.

This represents the eighth consecutive year that Stryker has been named to the list, with each report based on anonymous employee responses to more than 50 questions on the Trust Index Survey.

In addition, every company's programmes and practices are measured through a Culture Audit assessment, with more than 315,000 employees providing feedback to determine the winners of the 2018 list.
