Synergy Health to help promote UK-China medical exchanges

18th January 2011

Synergy Health is to participate in a project designed to encourage the exchange of knowledge and innovation between medical professionals in the UK and China.

The company has agreed a deal with the China Britain Education Centre to support its China Britain Continuing Medical Education (CBCME) project as a commercial partner.

This will see the firm allow its Bart's Wharf Road decontamination facility to be used to host tours for Chinese medical staff, while its Suzhou supercentre will be utilised in a similar capacity for UK visitors.

Synergy Health will also be helping CBCME to develop a training curriculum for infection control and decontamination standards and will contribute quarterly healthcare articles to the CBCME journal.

By participating in this initiative, Synergy Health joins other UK partners such as the Department of Health and the British Medical Association, as well as China-based organisations including the Chinese department of education.

Last month, the company was granted Carbon Trust Standard accreditation in recognition of its successful efforts to reduce its emissions and improve its environmental performance.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-800349119-ADNFCR
