Thermo Fisher Scientific launches new Vanquish Flex Binary UHPLC system
Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched a new ultra high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system, delivering fast and consistent results for high-speed applications.
The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex Binary UHPLC system adds a binary solvent delivery option in the 1,000 bar or 15,000 psi performance range, making it ideally suited for high-speed, fast gradient applications.
Key features include its strong retention time reproducibility, ease of use and robust design, making it simple for users to transfer from established systems and applications over to the new device.
The system is being exhibited this week at the International Symposium on High Performance Liquid Phase Separations and Related Techniques in San Francisco.
Fabrizio Moltoni, vice-president and general manager for high-performance liquid chromatography at Thermo Fisher, said: "As the newest addition to our Vanquish platform, we developed this system with speed, sensitivity and quality results in mind – providing the level of operational efficiency required by today's researchers."
This comes after the firm showcased a range of new mass spectrometry products at the American Society of Mass Spectrometry's annual conference, held in San Antonio earlier this month.
