Thermo Fisher Scientific wins three SelectScience Awards at Pittcon 2016

Thermo Fisher Scientific has been voted as the winner of the 2016 Reviewers’ Choice Award for Instrument of the Year for its Thermo Scientific Dionex Ion Chromatography portfolio. 

In addition, the company received two 2016 Scientists’ Choice Awards for Best New Spectroscopy Product for the Thermo Scientific Q Exactive GC Orbitrap GC-MS/MS, and Best New General Lab Product for the Thermo Scientific mySPIN mini centrifuge series.

The winners were announced at an awards ceremony this week at the annual Pittcon Conference and Expo at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Accepting the awards was Dan Shine, senior vice president and president of analytical instruments at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

"Our customers are the focus of everything we do – and we aim to accelerate their innovation and enhance their productivity through the technologies and products we bring to market," Mr Shine said.
