Threepipe wins brief to promote Jantastic fitness challenge
Threepipe has announced that it has been hired by the organisers of the Jantastic fitness challenge to raise awareness of the forthcoming 2015 event.
The agency will implement a combination of digital marketing, PR and social media engagement activities to raise awareness of Jantastic and encourage new people to sign up, with the aim of making the 2015 edition more successful than this year's.
Challenging individuals and teams to pursue personal fitness, health and performance goals through a combination of swimming, cycling and running, Jantastic saw more than 21,000 people log 356,000 runs and cover in excess of one million miles in 2014.
It is free to participate, with activities being completed in people's own time and according to their personal needs and schedules.
Eddie May, co-founder of Threepipe, said: "Jantastic is a brilliant initiative that really helps to encourage and motivate people to get active during those challenging winter months."
The London-based agency also recently helped Cancer Research UK promote its annual Race for Life event by developing and overseeing the #OiCancer social media campaign.
