Threepipe wins brief with electronic toy company VTech

Threepipe has won a new contract with the electronic learning toy company VTech, which is looking to build its brand ahead of the launch of several new products in 2017.

The agency has been tasked handling PR and social campaign activity for the VTech and LeapFrog brands, the latter of which was acquired by VTech last year. Threepipe has been supporting the LeapFrog business for seven years, reports Gorkana.

Clive Richardson, marketing director at VTech, said Threepipe's experience of working with LeapFrog was a key factor behind this contract win, as the agency's team has a proven understanding of the company's brand, market and target audience.

Jim Hawker, co-founder of Threepipe, said: "We have long admired the VTech business and so it's great to be able to continue working with the LeapFrog brand and now widen that scope of work to include VTech."

This comes after the agency was last month hired by NewMotion, Europe's largest electric charging provider for electric cars, to help support its UK rollout.
