TTP Labtech to offer tutorial at SBS event

TTP Labtech is reminding researchers about its upcoming appearance at the Society for Biomolecular Sciences (SBS) event this week.

The company will be on hand at the SBS’ 15th annual conference and exhibition in Lille’s Grande Palais to discuss some of its latest cell research technologies.

As part of its attendance, the firm will offer a tutorial on its Acumen system – where it will also discuss high-throughput in genome-wide and multiplexed cell cycle analysis.

The group confirmed its "unique ability to rapidly determine DNA content in adherent cell lines" will be up for debate.

"Multiplexing with other cell cycle markers will be shown – followed by a software demonstration," it added.

Sponsors of the event, which takes place between April 26th and 30th this year, include Invitrogen, PerkinElmer, Roche and GE Healthcare.

In September this year, SBS will also host a symposium in Boston, US entitled Screening Stem Cells: From Reprogramming to Regenerative Medicine.
