TTP Labtech to showcase drug discovery technology at MipTec

TTP Labtech has announced plans to demonstrate its latest innovations in drug discovery technology at MipTec 2012, a forthcoming industry conference.

The life science firm will attend the Basel event at the end of the month in order to showcase its latest automated solutions, such as the mosquito HTS liquid-handling system for high-throughput screening and the acumen eX3 laser scanner for rapid whole-well high-content imaging.

Attendees will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with these units, while learning more about the applications of the products in a series of poster presentations.

For example, a talk will be given focusing on the acumen eX3's potential to deliver faster-than-ever cell-based screening, while two presentations will discuss the precision and accuracy of the mosquito portfolio for rapid, cost-effective dispensing.

This comes after TTP Labtech recently attended the Manchester meeting of the European Laboratory Robotics Interest Group, where the acumen eX3 was demonstrated alongside the mosquito HV dilution system.
