Up Communications relaunches as Goldbug
Up Communications has announced that its name is changing to Goldbug as the agency enters the next phase of its evolution.
The firm, which was founded in 2014 by former EE comms veterans Lynne Arrowsmith and Stuart Jackson, has enjoyed considerable success in the last two years and is now seeking to double its size by October 2017, reports Gorkana.
As part of this brand refresh, it will soon be announcing a new senior account manager to support its consumer PR operation, as well as a senior account planner to lead delivery across internal comms accounts.
Goldbug is keen to sharpen its proposition following a recent move to a new office in Portland Place. The scale of the projects it is tackling continues to grow, with its client roster including brands such as Sky, TalkTalk, Virgin Media, Google, the BBC, Santander, Universal and Expedia.
Ms Arrowsmith said: "It was the perfect time to look at our startup identity and make some brand decisions that are the right fit for our long-term future."
