Vetoquinol adds new items to Epiphen support pack

1st July 2013

Vetoquinol has announced the expansion of its Epiphen support pack to provide a wider range of information for owners of dogs suffering from epilepsy.

The pack will now include a client brochure intended for those who have been prescribed Epiphen for their pet for the first time, covering issues such as how the product works, how best to manage the condition and where to find further information.

Meanwhile, a new fridge magnet will provide users with a quick reference guide to prescribing information that is needed every day, while also containing space to write the dog's name, dosage details and timings, and a vet's phone number.

Items previously featured in the pack include an owner manual, medication record and seizure diary, dog tags, seizure report pads and free serum level monitoring vouchers.

Abbie King, product manager for Epiphen, said: "The inspiration for the new brochure came after spending time at the Animal Health Trust in Newmarket and realising how much information an owner needs to take in when their dog is diagnosed with epilepsy."

Vetoquinol is among the top ten largest veterinary companies in the world and has been operating since 1933.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801606659-ADNFCR
