Vetsonic launches Cavalesse skin health supplement for horses

Vetsonic has announced the addition of Cavalesse oral solution for horses, a new nutritional supplement, to its product range.

The product, which was previously marketed by Elanco, helps to maintain and support a healthy skin in horses prone to summer skin allergies, such as sweet itch. It features a specialised formulation of water-soluble vitamins and minerals, including nicotinamide.

It can be dissolved in water to form an oral solution that can be administered daily with a special pipette, sprinkled over feed or added to a healthy treat, allowing the animal to maintain its skin health and normal immune function.
