Virbac appoints new manager of Vet Complex pet food range

Virbac has announced the appointment of Andrew Connolly as the new manager for its Vet Complex range of pet food.

Mr Connolly is an experienced animal health marketing professional and will be tasked with developing a marketing strategy for the premium nutrition range, working with a team of territory managers.

He will also develop the portfolio of support services the company offers to Vet Complex customers, with the ultimate aim of building awareness, understanding and sales for the brand.

Vet Complex is a premium dry pet food range sold exclusively through veterinary practices across the UK, consisting of highly palatable products for dogs and cats.

Alan Chadwick, companion animal business unit director at Virbac, said: "Andrew joins us with an impressive track record and will help us to build our presence in the pet food sector further."

This follows the appointment of Madeline Haynes as Virbac's fourth product manager last month.
