Waggener Edstrom appointed by Siemens for Solid Edge campaign

Waggener Edstrom has won a brief with the multinational technology firm Siemens in order to raise awareness of a new software suite for mechanical design engineers.

The agency won a competitive pitch to carry out a UK-oriented communications and marketing campaign for Solid Edge, a 3D computer-aided design package that is being distributed by Majenta PLM and Prion Cutting Edge.

It is designed for use in the creation of a range of products, from heavy-duty mining equipment to intricate consumer electronics assemblies, and provides various time-saving features that are beneficial to users.

Waggener Edstrom will be tasked with informing customers of the various features of the software, including the Synchronous Technology capabilities that Siemens has incorporated into the package.
