Waters to showcase chromatography products at Analytica 2012

Waters will be demonstrating a number of new innovations to European life science professionals at the Analytica 2012 trade fair in Germany.

The company will act as a Gold sponsor for the event and will be demonstrating its Waters Acquity UPC(2) System in the EU for the first time, following its award-winning introduction at Pittcon.

It represents a new category of separations science instrumentation that provides unique options for tackling analytical challenges, with global customer shipments of the product having already commenced.

The Waters NuGenesis 8 data management and workflow solution will also be introduced during the show, while products such as the MassTrak Online SPE Analyzer, MV-10 ASFE System and BEH125 SEC Columns make their Analytica debuts.

Art Caputo, president of Waters, said: "The introductions we're bringing to Analytica reflect strong customer demand for greater problem-solving capability, greater efficiency and certifiable data quality."

Many of these offerings were featured at the Orlando-based Pittcon show last month, where Waters also announced a new co-marketing agreement with Protea Biosciences Group.
