Westminster Advisers appoints new head of health

30th March 2016

Westminsters Advisers has announced the appointment of Jenny Ousbey as a new director and head of its health division.

Ms Ousbey will leave Lexington Communications in May to take up the post. She previously led the public affairs and stakeholder relations team at the NHS Confederation, as well as working as a senior adviser to a coalition government health minister.

The new recruit can also boast extensive experience with the political media, having worked for several years in journalism. It is expected that this experience will be beneficial to the health team as it continues to grow.

Ian Targett, Westminster Advisers' current lead for health, is moving into an operations role within the company, while John Clarke has been promoted to the role of associate director.

Dominic Church, managing director of Westminster Advisers, said: "I'm looking forward to working with Jenny, and to continuing to work with John, to make sure the health practice continues to deliver best-in-class advice to all our clients."

The agency works with a range of high-profile health and wellbeing sector clients, including Denplan, The Priory and Acorn Care and Education.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801815552-ADNFCR
