Whiteoaks wins brief for Techne-Comm NHS mail archiving brief
Whiteoaks has won a new contract with email archiving software company Techne-Comm following a competitive pitch process.
The agency will provide PR and marketing for its NHS email archiving product Mailsafe and will take responsibility for increasing the product's presence in the NHS marketplace. There was no incumbent agency, PRWeek reports.
For this new brief, Whiteoaks has devised an NHS Trust seminar series that will be held to bring together key influencers from the industry to debate and address prevalent problems that currently affect NHS IT managers, as well as highlighting how Mailsafe can solve these issues.
James Kelliher, chairman and chief executive officer at Whiteoaks, said: "Techne-Comm has already achieved phenomenal success and we're confident we can deliver a campaign that will elevate Mailsafe to the next level."
Mailsafe has been sold to many industries in both the private and public sector for the last seven years, with the largest deployment in the NHS being in excess of 19,000 active mailboxes.
The product helps to deliver reduced mailbox storage requirements without reliance on stubbing or shortcutting techniques, as well as offering a simple infrastructure architecture and ease-of-use benefits.
