Wildfire handed UK PR account by research software company Qualtrics

Wildfire has been handed a new UK PR contract by the research software company Qualtrics, a leading provider of experience management solutions.

The agency has been briefed to build awareness of the Qualtrics brand, focusing its work on customer experience and marketing professionals to position the company as the creator of the experience management category, while developing campaigns to support lead generation.

Qualtrics is responsible for the Qualtrics XM Platform, which enables companies to measure, prioritise and optimise the experiences they deliver across the foundational aspects of business/

Its products are designed to address the growing experience gap between market expectations and the services organisations actually deliver, and its business has seen considerable growth in Europe in recent years.

The agency was able to impress the client with a pitch that showed its understanding of the Qualtrics proposition and target audience.

Wildfire associate director Louise Andrews, who will lead the PR team, said: "In an increasingly commoditised consumer market, superior experience is becoming the key differentiator for many brands. This desire to deliver the best service is driving massive growth for Qualtrics."
