Zoetis appoints new product manager for vaccines and diagnostics

Zoetis has announced the appointment of business and finance Andy Paine as a new associate product manager.

He has been tasked with managing the company's companion animal vaccine portfolio and diagnostics range, which includes leading brands such as Versican Plus and AlphaTrak.

Mr Paine joined Zoetis last month from National Milk Records, where he spent seven years, most recently as a product manager. His responsibilities included sales and marketing functions, meaning he has extensive experience both in the field and in product management.

As well as a degree in business management and marketing, the new hire has completed a CIM Marketing Certificate and is currently studying for a diploma.

Evelyn Murphy, companion animal marketing manager at Zoetis, said: "Our companion animal portfolio is enjoying increasing success and Andy's considerable expertise will help develop our vaccine and diagnostics brands even further."

This comes after the firm appointed Adrian Dowdeswell as a senior account manager earlier this year, representing the company's companion animal business in Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset, as well as supporting brands such as Apoquel, Simparica and Versican Plus.
