As an Account Director, you will lead a set of accounts, ensuring they are growing and profitable. You will be client focused and proactive, supporting business development by winning new accounts and building client relationships.

Role Requirements
You will line manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional programmes on time and on budget, ensuring the agency maintain their reputation for excellent medical education that emphasises clinically relevant thinking.
Person Specifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher (life sciences or similar)
– At least 4 years’ experience of medical communications or a related healthcare agency discipline
– Proven team leadership ability
