Zenopa is excited to be recruiting for a communications consultancy who operate within the healthcare space as well as tech, insights, energy, digital and creative. We are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Director to join their integrated communication and education Healthcare team. The Candidate will lead on research, quality control, client relationships and editorial pieces for a range of purposes, as well as having the chance to provide strategic input and be involved in business development.

Person Specifications
Strong analytical skills and an ability to simplify complex science into compelling and creative communications programmes
Effective management of teams to deliver comprehensive communications strategies, including (but not limited to) content creation, event management, social media activation and media engagement
Understanding of local and international regulations relating to the healthcare industry to ensure projects are compliant
An in-depth understanding of the healthcare communications landscape and an interest in the latest news/events
Ability to manage team workloads and contribute to the development of team members through ongoing mentoring and knowledge sharing
Direct line management, including conducting performance reviews, professional development and promotion processes within the practice
An engaging presenter to internal and external audiences, with excellent meeting facilitation skills
