Role Overview

The Account Director will work across a number of accounts, maintaining ongoing contact with the client and internal team to progress all projects. The Account Director is responsible for the strategic development of the account, ensuring that projects delivered are in line with the strategic imperative and match the requirements of the client. The role includes liaison with senior client personnel across a range of functions, and confidence and proactivity when liaising with them. The Account Director takes responsibility for managing new business and organic growth proposals, as well as overseeing all account staff and line management of those in more junior roles.

They are now seeking an Account Director to join their team!

Person Specifications

· The agency are renowned for their creative approach to client solutions and therefore the ideal candidate will need to have a good strategic approach but have a ‘hands-on’ attitude to team work.
· Be confident, flexible & creative
· Be an exceptional communicator (internal & external audience)
· Have a genuine desire to be part of a small innovative team, where you can really make a difference
· 5 years+ experience in healthcare advertising

Package

Working culture
· 25 days holiday, plus Christmas period, plus birthday if it falls during the working week
· Hybrid working. 2 days in office minimum per week
· Early finish Fridays, finishing by 5pm
