This is an exciting new role in their UK team. Whilst they are fortunate to be supported and collaborate with their wider business, the UK team is a friendly, fast growing, dynamic company, where you will be part of the direction & growth of the company by working with the team to implementing the strategy & sales process and subsequently drive sales growth in line with business plans and expectations.

Company Information

Zenopa are excited to be partnering exclusively with a growing Surgical Medical Devices company that are looking for a junior medical sales person to join their UK team on their South West territory.

Ideally you’ll have experience selling medical devices/ consumables into the operating theatre environment. The client is also open to commercially-minded graduates who can clearly demonstrate motivation to be in a medical sales territory manager role.

Role Requirements

This will be achieved through:
– Successfully agreeing product evaluations in targeted NHS and private sector accounts.
– Overseeing these evaluations and supporting the clinical teams to achieve maximum product adoption.
– Manage all current and new accounts to maximise sales and drive sales growth account by account.
– Work effectively with clinical support teams in managing product evaluations and ongoing business development activity.

Person Specifications

You’ll have:
– Ideally a proven track record in the medical device market
– Sales experience – a commerical understanding of sales environment
– Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
– Dynamic and driven with a real interest in developing a career in medical sales.
– Desire to work in a target driven environment.
– Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder.
– Qualified to degree level (preferably in a business-related subject)
– Advanced Microsoft skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
– A full UK driving licence.
– Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Package

Alongside a very competitive base salary, there are a wide range of benefits provided:
