Account Executive
Role Overview
You will be managing a mix of established NHS trusts and private hospital accounts. The territory offers both stability and clear growth potential within secondary care.
The role combines account management and business development, with responsibility for developing existing relationships, securing new product evaluations, and supporting theatre teams through structured trials. Your focus will be converting evaluations into sustained product adoption and delivering territory growth.
You will report to the Head of Sales & Strategy and work closely with Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Marketing colleagues. The role is four days per week in the field and one day working from home.

Role Requirements
Manage and grow existing hospital accounts across the territory.
Secure new product evaluations within NHS and private hospitals.
Support clinical stakeholders during theatre trials.
Build relationships with consultants, theatre managers, and procurement teams.
Convert evaluations into long-term adoption.
Deliver sales growth against agreed targets.
Maintain structured territory planning and reporting.
Represent the organisation professionally within clinical environments.
Person Specifications
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Ideally 1+ year of theatre-based medical sales experience.

Life Sciences graduates with theatre exposure.
High-potential graduates with strong commercial experience seeking a career in medical device sales.
