Territory: South West UK and Ireland
Products: Consumables including chromatography and mass spectrometry
The Account Manager will be promoting and selling the Life Science product portfolio and services to new and existing customers.

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Chemistry/ Life Science salesperson for a manufacturer and distributor of premium products to academia, pharma, biotech and environmental customers.
Role Requirements
· Present features and benefits, negotiate, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
· Organise customer appointments
· Manage your time and prioritise customer visits accordingly to deliver the growth expectations of the company.
· Cultivating and maintaining excellent business relationships with existing and potential customers
· Actively seeking new business opportunities.
· Act upon enquiries generated through the Company’s marketing activities
· Providing accurate sales forecasts and engagement
· Feedback and effectively communicate any customer suggestions/complaints/queries via appropriate processes and procedures.
· Attend trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Person Specifications
· Scientific degree level qualification (BSc) ideally in either chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, genetics, or microbiology.
· Sales experience is an advantage along with experience within the application area of chromatography (HPLC / GC) either from practical / hands-on use of the products or previously selling chromatography products.
· Full driving licence
