Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced salesperson with knowledge in the orthopaedic space for our client, who specialises in supplying innovative osteosynthesis products to the orthopaedic community with a particular emphasis on extremities and fragility fractures throughout the skeletal system.
Territory – West London, outside M25 – Ox, Berks, Bucks, Northamptonshire
Products: Orthopaedics – including foot & ankle, hand & wrist

They specialise in supplying innovative osteosynthesis products to the orthopaedic community with a particular emphasis on extremities and fragility fractures throughout the skeletal system. The company represents a number of leading research-focused manufacturers from Europe and the rest of the world to bring the latest technology and techniques available in the field of fracture fixation to the United Kingdom.
Role Requirements
– Supporting cases in the operating theatre.
– Build relationship with key clients- surgeons, nurses and theatre staff in hospitals.
– Identify and create opportunities to grow the business in competitor accounts
– Provide hands on product training and demonstrations for clinical staff
– Working effectively as a part of a team
– Attending, organising, and participating in key local and national events
– Supporting and collaborating with enabling function teams such as contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service, accounts
Person Specifications
Minimum 2 years previous experience in an orthopaedic sales (preferable)
– Values driven professional that is Trustworthy and Honest
– A demonstrable and consistent track record of success in a sales role
– Commercial acumen, with a working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment
– Self-starter, highly energetic and motivated, willing to take the company forward
