Role Requirements
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in three equally important areas:
Account Management: You will take the helm of client accounts and internal programs, crafting strong relationships and achieving financial targets with finesse.
Business Development: As a master of opportunity, you’ll unearth hidden gems for organic growth with our cherished existing clients. In addition, you will also stand at the forefront of new business pitches, armed with brilliant communication strategies, operational recommendations, compelling budgets, and captivating pitch presentations.
Internal Management: Unleash your collaborative spirit as part of the dream team! Together with our seasoned senior leaders, you’ll champion the implementation of impeccable internal processes, top-notch training programs, and meticulous review procedures.
Person Specifications
Global Strategy Guru: You possess the remarkable ability to create relevant and impactful medical communication strategies that transcend borders. on a national and international basis is essential
Career Champion: Your track record showcases a successful progression within the medical communications or medical education industry. You’ve consistently demonstrated your ability to manage and grow client accounts, while also leading and winning new business pitches.
Collaborative Maestro: Your flexible and mature approach allows you to bring out the best in both clients and your fellow team members.
Academic Excellence: A minimum science or business first degree provides you with a solid foundation to excel in this role.
