Role Overview
This is an exciting new role in their UK team. Whilst they are fortunate to be supported and collaborate with their wider business, the UK team is a friendly, fast growing, dynamic company, where you will impact the direction & growth of the company by working with the team to implementing the strategy & sales process and subsequently drive sales growth in line with business plans and expectations.

Our client is a multinational medical technology business that specialises in surgical, post-surgical, and long-term care solutions. We have cutting edge products in our portfolio for advanced surgery, advanced wound care, arthroscopy, and infection prevention.
Role Requirements
Successfully agreeing product evaluations in targeted NHS and private sector accounts.
Overseeing these evaluations and supporting the clinical teams to achieve maximum product adoption.
Managing all current and new accounts to maximise sales and drive sales growth account by account.
Working effectively with clinical support teams in managing product evaluations and ongoing business development activity.
Person Specifications
Wound Closure market experience and competition knowledge.
Proven track record in the medical device market including introducing and selling products to consultants and associate theatre staff
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Thorough understanding of secondary care.
Dynamic and driven with a real interest in developing a career in medical sales.
A full UK driving licence.
Package
Quarterly bonus with accelarator based on team performance and growth
Car allowance – £650 per month
Daily allowance of £5 per day (field based)
Holiday – 35 days AL incl BH (options to extend after 2 years)
