Role Overview

As an Account Manager, your key role is to drive business growth in the Allergy & Autoimmune market by meeting targets and expanding existing accounts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate account plans in Salesforce (SFDC), and actively contribute to forecasting and planning.

This role focuses on the London South/East Region, supporting our commitment to excellence in laboratory solutions.

Role Requirements

-Drive business growth in the Allergy & Autoimmune market, meeting targets.
-Develop and maintain accurate account plans in SFDC with cross-functional teams.
-Negotiate and manage contracts, including Capital sales and Service Contracts.
-Lead Tender responses and engage with MSPs, conducting regular site visits.
-Contribute actively to forecasting and planning using SFDC and Power BI.
-Support CPR customers with onsite stock checks.
-Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the territory.
-Provide market intelligence feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
-Ensure compliance with internal Quality Processes and CRM.
-Travel 50-75% for customer-facing interactions.
-Attend internal and external meetings and events as required.

Person Specifications

Education:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biomedical Science).
Experience:
-Proven track record in Laboratory/Pathology Sales or relevant product portfolio.
-Proficient in Salesforce.
Skills and Qualities:
-Strong communicator and active listener.
-Flexible, self-motivated, and organized.
-Collaborative team player with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
-Commercially adept with proven negotiation skills.
-Analytical thinker with business development understanding.
