Role Overview
-Drive sales of kits and reagents to academic, biotechnology and pharmaceutical accounts across the Southwest, South Wales and West Midlands.
-Secure new business and develop / protect existing accounts.

This company offers a range of best-in-class kits and reagents for PCR and related technology. By combining our enhanced polymerases with highly-developed reaction buffers and novel hot-start chemistry. They are also leading the development of PCR. Our PCR reagents have been developed to maximise yield and sensitivity in the simplest and most challenging of reactions.
Role Requirements
-Build loyal relationships with end-users, laboratory managers, procurement and finance managers.
-Gain a real understanding of customers’ experimental needs and tailor solutions that significantly improve laboratory workflow as well as financial performance.
-Attend exhibitions in order to increase market presence of the company’s products.
Person Specifications
-Degree educated or higher in a science discipline i.e. molecular biology, genetics with good academic and practical experience in PCR and associated molecular techniques.
-Clear and confident communicator with a strong commercial awareness and able to engage effectively at all levels.
-Self-motivated, results oriented and a strong work ethic.
-A genuine desire to move into scientific sales.
Package
Starting basic salary depending on experience
20% OTE Bonus
